02 · Service charges
Know the cost of a sale.
Your subscription covers your plan. A service charge applies to eligible sales, using your plan’s rate and payment settings.
Standard service charge
Product subtotal × plan rate
VAT and delivery are excluded from this calculation.
The default payer for each plan is shown below. When your business pays, the fee comes out of your proceeds. When the customer pays, it is added to their total.
A ₦10,000 sale, side by side.
Example: ₦10,000 in products. Any VAT and delivery charges are separate and do not increase this service charge.

Review fees before payment
For eligible payment flows, any service charge and payment-provider fee appear in the order breakdown before confirmation.
For gateway-settled payments, the fee is withheld during settlement. The same order’s fee is not billed again as a POS fee.
04 · A little more clarity
Before you get started.
Can I use Revstar for free?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly subscription. Service charges apply to eligible sales and vary by plan, with payment-provider fees separate. See pricing for the full breakdown.
Are these monthly prices in naira?
Yes. The plan cards show current monthly subscription prices in Nigerian naira (NGN).
Can I try a paid plan first?
Paid-plan trials are available to eligible accounts. Your signup flow shows the trial duration and terms for your selected plan. You can also start with the Free plan without a card.
What happens if I change plans?
You can request a plan change from your account. Review the price and effective date before confirming. When a downgrade takes effect, features outside your new plan are disabled and affected automations stop.
Does my subscription cover service and payment-provider fees?
No. Subscription payments cover access to your plan. Eligible sales have a separate service charge on the product subtotal only, excluding VAT and delivery. Payment-provider fees and delivery are also separate. The fee breakdown shows what applies to each payment.
Which plan brings all four sales channels together?
Premium, Pro and Pro Plus support storefront, POS, WhatsApp and manual orders. They share your inventory and customer records, so you can manage the different ways you sell from one place.
How do I ask about a refund or a billing issue?
Contact our team with the payment reference and account email so we can review the charge and the terms that apply to your subscription.
